Tucked into the landmark Chelsea Market, Heatonist’s New York location brings hot sauce to the people—without compromising on design. We were brought on to reimagine their signature tasting experience for a high-traffic, high-energy setting. The goal: make it feel bold, but not loud. Fun, but not gimmicky.

We kept the palette natural—timber, steel, stone—allowing the vibrant bottles and branding to take center stage. Custom shelving, a compact tasting bar, and intuitive flow create a space that works as both a functional retail footprint and a moment of pause in the buzz of the market.

It’s approachable, efficient, and just spicy enough to leave an impression.
