Private Homes, in new york, new zealand, and beyond.

Studio Sio designs residential interiors for homes, apartments, townhouses, beach houses, and holiday residences from Auckland, New Zealand and New York City. The studio works across full renovations, new builds, and architecture projects - for families, developers, and private clients who want spaces that function well and last.

The work is rooted in adaptive reuse, material intelligence, and considered procurement. Studio Sio specialises in character properties and heritage buildings, sourcing vintage pieces alongside trade-quality furnishings to create interiors that feel specific to their site, their owner, and their time.
